Industrial/Manufacturing/Packaging Engineer

Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:

Design and implement process improvements for flexographic printing and blown film manufacturing.

Analyze and improve workflow, space requirements, and equipment layout.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure product quality and consistency.

Develop cost-saving initiatives and sustainability efforts in packaging operations.

Oversee the full lifecycle of packaging development from design to production.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Packaging Engineering, or a related field.

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in an industrial engineering role, with specific experience in flexographic printing and blown film.

• Proficiency in CAD software and understanding of lean manufacturing principles.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Excellent communication and project management abilities.
