About the role
Job Description:
Design and Development experience on CPM/Console (Plastic) parts .
Take full ownership of the parts.
Negotiation with the styling by developing the feasibility section and feeding back to the customer.
Development of fit and finish sections. Developing location concepts.
Understand product specs and support design engineers in development of the parts.
Submit timely schedules and technical reports in support of projects. Work to achieve project goals and satisfy quality, cost, and delivery targets.
Discussion with Client on daily basis, conducting design reviews at regular intervals.
Assist the manufacturing team in achieving cost targets and engineering process improvements, meeting production schedules, and resolving technical production problems. Responsible for resolving the issues raised during vehicle build.
Responsible for the design changes for the issues identified and Incorporation of those changes on the parts.
