About the role
Job Description:
Perform detailed hardware safety analyses such as Hardware Design Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (DFMEA), Failure Modes, Effects, Diagnostic Analysis (FMEDA) and Dependent Failure Analysis (DFA) in compliance with ISO 26262 standards.
Prepare Hardware-Software Interface (HSI) specifications and create test plans and test cases for hardware unit-level validation.
Perform WorstCase Analysis (WCA) and component stress analysis to validate design robustness.
Support functional safety audits and develop safety case using the Medini Analyzer tool.
Accept BS with 5- year experience as MS.
Primary worksite is Farmington Hills MI but relocation possible.
Req: Master’s degree in Computer Science or Electronics Engineering or Electronics and Telecommunication Engineering or related field with 5 months experience as Project or Lead Engineer or Manager or Design Release Engineer or Team Lead or related.
