Job Description:
Perform software and controls integration efforts for engine controls unit across multiple vehicle platforms.
Coordinate feasibility studies and cost assessments for new software feature implementation.
Perform powertrain calibration on dynamometers and in real-world driving scenarios.
Define feature roll-out plans, coordinate V-Cycle development and software releases aligned with certification timelines.
Develop and implement embedded software for ECMs, focusing on real-time control of engine functions.
Calibrate ECM parameters to optimize fuel injection, ignition timing, and emissions control for specific engine platforms.
Primary worksite is Farmington Hills, MI, but relocation is possible.
Requirement:
Master degree in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering or related field with 6 months experience as Integrations Engineer or Calibrations Engineer or Test Engineer or Control Engineer or Contractor or related.
