SAP R2R Consultant

Responsibilities

• Provide ongoing support and maintenance for SAP R2R, Group Reporting, ICMR, AP, AR, and GL modules, including configuration, testing, and troubleshooting.

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their financial reporting requirements and translate them into functional specifications for SAP enhancements or customizations.

• Perform configuration, testing, and documentation of SAP financial modules changes, ensuring alignment with business processes and best practices.

• Work closely with cross-functional teams to integrate SAP financial modules with other SAP modules (e.g., MM, SD) and external systems as needed.

• Troubleshoot and resolve SAP financial modules-related issues, ensuring timely resolution and minimal disruption to financial operations.

• Conduct user training sessions and provide user support to ensure effective utilization of SAP financial modules functionalities.

• Stay up to date with SAP financial modules updates, releases, and best practices, and proactively recommend process improvements or system optimizations.

• Participate in SAP implementation and enhancement projects, including requirements gathering, solution design, implementation, and post-implementation support.

• Adhere to project timelines, budgets, and quality standards, ensuring high-quality and timely delivery of services.

• Contribute to SAP knowledge sharing initiatives, documentation, and continuous improvement efforts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.

• Minimum 10 years of experience in SAP financial modules implementation and support, with expertise in R2R, Group Reporting, ICMR, AP, AR, and GL modules.

• Strong understanding of financial accounting principles, processes, and best practices.

• Proficiency in SAP financial modules configuration, testing, and troubleshooting.

• Experience with SAP S/4HANA Finance and Central Finance is highly desirable.

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to assess complex financial issues and recommend effective solutions.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and business stakeholders.

• SAP certification in financial modules is a plus.

• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
