About the role
We are seeking a talented Senior Algorithm Developer to join our team and contribute to cutting-edge in-cabin occupant monitoring systems using Radar RFIC data. This position requires collaboration with cross-functional teams and system engineering stakeholders to gather information, direction, and will design, implement, and optimize algorithms for in-cabin occupant monitoring systems for advanced vehicle safety and occupant comfort features.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and optimize algorithms for detecting and monitoring occupants within a vehicle cabin using Radar RFIC data.
Collaborate with hardware and software engineering teams to integrate algorithms into existing and new systems.
Analyze radar data to develop models for occupancy detection, activity recognition, and safety feature enhancement.
Support the testing and validation of algorithms on real-world data to ensure reliability and accuracy.
Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in radar technology and machine learning techniques to continuously improve algorithm performance.
Document algorithm designs, implementation processes, and performance results for internal and external stakeholders.
Mentor junior developers and provide technical guidance in algorithm development and data analysis.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Master’s or Ph.D. degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Applied Mathematics, or a related field.
At least 5 years of experience in algorithm development, with a focus on radar signal processing and data analysis.
