About the role
Job Title: Telematics Engineer
We are seeking a skilled Telematics Engineer to support development and integration of vehicle telematics systems including TCU (Telematics Control Unit), cellular connectivity (4G/5G), GNSS, Wi-Fi, and OTA services. The role involves embedded software development, network troubleshooting, and validation of connected vehicle features.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and integrate telematics features on automotive ECUs.
Support cellular modules (LTE/5G), GPS, Bluetooth, and Wi-Fi connectivity.
Work on TCP/IP, MQTT, HTTP/HTTPS, and vehicle diagnostics (UDS/DoIP).
Perform vehicle-level testing, log analysis, and network debugging.
Collaborate with backend, cybersecurity, and validation teams.
Troubleshoot connectivity, OTA, and remote services issues.
Required Skills:
Strong Embedded C/C++ programming
Experience with automotive Ethernet & CAN
Knowledge of 4G/5G architecture and telematics systems
Experience with Linux-based embedded platforms
Familiarity with tools like CANoe, Wireshark
Experience: 4–8+ years in automotive telematics or connected vehicle systems.
