About the role
Quality Assurance Analyst Remote Qualifications: Experience in software quality assurance, testing web or backend applications in an Agile or DevOps environment. Strong understanding of QA methodologies, types of testing, and defect lifecycle. Hands on experience writing and executing test cases, with at least basic experience in test automation tools or frameworks. Ability to query and validate data (e.g., SQL) and interpret logs to troubleshoot issues. Clear written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to describe issues and collaborate across disciplines. Experience with CI/CD pipelines and with writing automated tests that QA/automation engineers can integrate into build and release workflows. Experience in requirements analysis for complex business domains. Prior experience in the following technologies: Atlassian application suite (JIRA, Confluence JIRA Service Manager) Amazon Web Services Java/JavaScript Python Postgres Airflow Liferay or other micro-UI platforms Strong experience in Scrum and Kanban serving in a QA role Music industry domain knowledge a plus 5-6 years in Quality Assurance role serving in software development
