About the role
Key Responsibilities Gather, analyze, and document business requirements. Translate business needs into user stories, functional requirements, and acceptance criteria. Collaborate with developers, QA, and stakeholders throughout the software development lifecycle. Prepare BRDs, FRDs, process flows, and functional documentation. Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies, including sprint planning and backlog refinement. Support UAT and ensure delivered solutions meet business requirements. Maintain project documentation using Jira and Confluence. Requirements 25 years of experience as a Business Analyst in a software or technology company. Strong experience in requirement gathering and business process analysis. Good understanding of Agile, Scrum, and SDLC. Experience working closely with software development teams. Knowledge of Jira, Confluence, and Agile tools. Basic understanding of SQL, APIs, databases, and software applications. Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Preferred Experience with SaaS or web applications. Exposure to UAT, process mapping, and workflow documentation. Agile/Scrum certification is an advantage.
