Job Title: AI Finance solution Architect Location: Bengaluru Experience: 10+ yrs Job Type: Contract to hire Notice Period:- Immediate joiner Mandatory Skills Hands-on experience with AI finance solution architecture. We are seeking a dynamic data engineering professional to bridge the gap between business and technology. This role will focus on enabling AI initiatives, optimising data processes, and ensuring seamless technical delivery aligned with business objectives. You will collaborate with stakeholders, support PoV/PoC projects, and act as the technical point of contact for AI and data engineering activities. Business–Technology Conduit: Understand and document business processes, translating them into transformation algorithms and technical solutions. AI Enablement: Partner with AI Leads and stakeholders to identify and deliver AI use cases, supporting PoVs, PoCs, RFQs, and RFIs. Stakeholder Engagement: Act as the technical liaison for AI initiatives, ensuring alignment between business needs and technical delivery. Data Engineering: Design, maintain, and optimise robust data pipelines and ETL processes for efficient data flow and transformation. Technical Delivery: Lead development and optimisation of data engineering solutions to support strategic finance systems (e.g., Anaplan). • Reporting: Provide regular updates on project progress, outcomes, and improvement opportunities to senior managers. Collaboration: Work closely with developers, architects, product managers, and change teams to embed new processes. Documentation: Maintain comprehensive documentation of workflows and project outcomes. Continuous Improvement: Drive best practices and innovation across data engineering and AI projects. Responsibilities Writing clean, high-quality, high-performance, maintainable code Develop and support software including applications, database integration, interfaces, and new functionality enhancements Coordinate cross-functionally to insure project meets business objectives and compliance standards Support test and deployment of new products and features Participate in code reviews. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science (or related field)
