Role Overview: You will be working as a CyberSecurity Specialist with 6 to 10 years of experience in a Contract to Hire employment type with a Hybrid work mode. Immediate joiners are preferred. Key Responsibilities: - Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and inventory unstructured data sources across the organization including file shares, email, and cloud storage. - Analyze unstructured data to identify potential risks such as sensitive information, compliance violations, and data breaches. - Develop and document business requirements for unstructured data monitoring solutions including data classification, data loss prevention, and compliance monitoring. - Communicate with stakeholders to understand their needs, provide updates on project progress, and ensure that solutions meet business requirements. - Work with technical teams including data architects, engineers, and security experts to design and implement unstructured data monitoring solutions. - Evaluate the effectiveness of unstructured data monitoring solutions and identify areas for improvement. - Develop and maintain processes and procedures for unstructured data monitoring including data classification, data retention, and data disposal. - Ensure that unstructured data monitoring solutions comply with relevant regulations, laws, and industry standards. Qualifications Required: - 6 to 10 years of experience in Cybersecurity. - Strong understanding of unstructured data discovery, risk assessment, and compliance evaluation. - Experience in stakeholder management, technical collaboration, and process improvement. - Knowledge of GRC risk assessment, risk/crisis management, and compliance requirements.
