Position: Senior Java Backend Developer Experience Required: 6+ years Locations: Hyderabad / Bengaluru Work mode: Hybrid Employment Type : Permanent Notice Period : Immediate Joiners Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain robust backend applications using Java and Spring Boot . Build and enhance microservices-based architecture for high scalability and availability. Work closely with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions. Write clean, reusable, optimized, and well-documented code. Implement secure coding practices and ensure application performance and quality. Troubleshoot production issues, identify bottlenecks, and deliver effective resolutions. Participate in design discussions, code reviews, and contribute to best engineering practices. Core Technical Skills Strong experience with Java , Spring Boot , REST APIs. Solid understanding of Microservices Architecture and distributed systems. Experience with relational & NoSQL databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, etc.). Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP) is an added advantage. Experience with CI/CD pipelines, Git, and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes) preferred. Hands-on experience with performance tuning and application optimization. Ideal Candidate Profile 6+ years of hands-on backend development experience. Good understanding of system design and architectural principles. Strong analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills. Ability to collaborate effectively in an agile environment. Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
