Job Title: Oracle Fusion Location: Bengalure Experience: 7+ Job Type : Contract to hire. Notice Period: Immediate joiners. Mandatory Skills: Oracle Fusion( SOA,OSB,BPM,ODI ). Job Description: We are seeking a skilled and experienced Oracle Fusion Middleware Administrator to manage, monitor, and optimize a suite of Oracle Fusion Middleware products including SOA Suite, OSB, BPM, ODI, OBIEE, OAS, and OEDQ . The ideal candidate will be responsible for installation, configuration, performance tuning, troubleshooting, and ensuring high availability of middleware components in a complex enterprise environment. Key Responsibilities: 1. Middleware Administration Install, configure, and maintain Oracle Fusion Middleware components: SOA Suite (Service-Oriented Architecture) OSB (Oracle Service Bus) BPM (Business Process Management) ODI (Oracle Data Integrator) OBIEE (Oracle Business Intelligence Enterprise Edition) OAS (Oracle Analytics Server) OEDQ (Oracle Enterprise Data Quality) Apply patches, upgrades, and security updates. Manage domain configurations, clusters, and high availability setups. 2. Performance Monitoring & Tuning Monitor system performance and availability using tools like Oracle Enterprise Manager (OEM). Tune JVM parameters, data sources, and connection pools. Analyse logs and metrics to proactively identify and resolve issues. 3. Deployment & Integration Manage deployment of composites, services, and applications across environments. Integrate middleware with databases, ERP systems (e.g., Oracle EBS, Fusion Apps), and third-party tools. Automate deployment processes using WLST, ANT, or scripting tools. 4. Security & Compliance Configure SSL, identity management, and access control. Implement security policies and ensure compliance with organizational standards. Manage user roles and permissions across middleware components. 5. Backup & Disaster Recovery Develop and maintain backup and recovery procedures. Participate in DR drills and ensure business continuity. 6. Documentation & Support Create and maintain technical documentation, SOPs, and runbooks. Provide L2/L3 support and collaborate with development and infrastructure teams. Required Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field. 7 - 10 years of experience in Oracle middleware system administration. Expertise in managing SOA, OSB, BPM,ODI, OBIEE. Proficiency in both on-premises and cloud environments. Strong knowledge of networking concepts, protocols, and services (DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP). Experience with configuration management tools (Ansible, Puppet, Chef). Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Strong scripting skills (Shell, Python, PowerShell). Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Excellent communication and documentation skills. Required Skills & Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field. 7-10 years of experience in Oracle Fusion Middleware administration. Strong hands-on experience with: WebLogic Server Oracle SOA Suite & OSB Oracle BPM Suite Oracle Data Integrator (ODI) Oracle OBIEE / OAS Oracle Enterprise Data Quality (OEDQ) Proficiency in scripting (Shell, WLST, Python). Familiarity with CI/CD tools and DevOps practices. Experience with Linux/Unix & Windows environments. Preferred Qualifications: Oracle certifications (e.g., Oracle SOA Suite 12c Implementation Specialist). Experience with Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI). Knowledge of containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) is a plus. Soft Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and documentation abilities. Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.
