Job Description Key Responsibilities & Expertise Oracle HCM Time & Labor Strong hands-on experience in Oracle HCM Cloud Time & Labor modules In-depth understanding of Time & Labor business processes, configurations, and data flow Design and configure complex Time & Labor requirements in Oracle Cloud Write and maintain complex Fast Formulas for Time & Labor Strong understanding of Time & Labor and Payroll integration End-to-End Implementations Experience in at least 3 full lifecycle Oracle HCM Cloud implementations Active involvement in requirement gathering, design, configuration, testing, UAT, and go-live Conduct design workshops and create detailed functional design documents and workbooks
