About the Role Oracle Fusion Fast Formula Development: Design, develop, and maintain Oracle Fusion Fast Formulas to support complex payroll and benefits requirements. Troubleshoot and optimize Fast Formulas for improved performance. Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into effective formula solutions. Responsibilities BIP (Business Intelligence Publisher) Reporting: Design, develop, and deploy BIP reports to meet business needs within the Oracle Fusion HCM environment. Create and maintain complex report layouts, templates, and data models. Troubleshoot and resolve any issues related to report generation and formatting. Work with other teams to ensure reports meet organizational requirements and are aligned with HR business processes. HCM Extract Develop and maintain Oracle Fusion HCM Extracts to extract and integrate HR-related data. Create custom HCM Extracts for data migration, integration with third-party systems, and reporting purposes. Ensure data security, privacy, and compliance within all extracts. Optimize and test extract processes to ensure efficiency and data accuracy. System Integration and Support Provide ongoing support for Oracle Fusion HCM modules, including troubleshooting, issue resolution, and performance tuning. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (HR, IT, Payroll, etc.) to ensure seamless integration and data flow across Oracle Fusion applicatio Document technical specifications, design documents, and functional requirements. Provide training and support to end-users and business teams on Fast Formula, BIP reports, and HCM Extracts. Qualifications Extensive experience with Oracle Fusion HCM and Oracle Cloud applications. Strong knowledge of Oracle Fusion Fast Formula development and debugging. Experience in designing and developing BIP reports (layouts, data models, and templates). Experience in developing HCM Extracts and integrating with third-party applications. Hands-on experience with Oracle SQL and PL/SQL. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills. Good understanding of HR business processes (Payroll, Benefits, Absence Management, etc.). Required Skills Extensive experience with Oracle Fusion HCM and Oracle Cloud applications. Strong knowledge of Oracle Fusion Fast Formula development and debugging. Experience in designing and developing BIP reports (layouts, data models, and templates).
