Job Title : Salesforce Architect Job Locations : Remote Experience : 10+ Years. Education Qualification : Any Graduation. Work Mode : Hybrid. Employment Type : Contract. Notice Period : Immediate Job Description: Define and design scalable Salesforce architecture solutions for Service Cloud and FSL Oversee technical delivery, ensuring adherence to Salesforce best practices Collaborate with business and technical teams to translate requirements into robust solutions Lead integration design with ERP and third-party systems Perform code reviews, ensure performance optimization, and maintain security compliance Required Skills & Experience 12+ years of Salesforce experience, including architectural leadership Strong expertise in Service Cloud and Field Service Lightning implementations Proficiency in Apex, LWC, Integration Patterns, and Salesforce Security Model Salesforce Certified Technical Architect / Application Architect (preferred) Experience integrating Salesforce with ERP systems (added advantage) Define and design scalable Salesforce architecture solutions for Service Cloud and FSL Oversee technical delivery, ensuring adherence to Salesforce best practices Collaborate with business and technical teams to translate requirements into robust solutions Lead integration design with ERP and third-party systems Perform code reviews, ensure performance optimization, and maintain security compliance
