About the role
Develop and enhance SAP S/4HANA applications using ABAP and ABAP RESTful Application Programming Model (RAP) Design and implement behavior definitions, metadata extensions, and Core Data Services (CDS) views Develop and extend ABAP RESTful services and APIs for SAP and non-SAP integrations Build OData services for modern UIs such as SAP Fiori Use ABAP Managed Database Procedures (AMDP) and HANA-specific features for optimized data processing Model data structures and ensure consistency across SAP applications Integrate SAP systems with external applications via RESTful/SOAP APIs and OData services Adhere to Clean-Core development principles to maintain SAP system stability and upgrade compatibility Utilize ADT tools (Eclipse or equivalent) for development Manage version control using Git and SAP CTS+ Required Technical Skills ABAP Programming (Object-Oriented ABAP) ABAP RESTful Application Programming Model (RAP) Core Data Services (CDS) views and AMDP SAP HANA development and optimization OData / API development for SAP Fiori and integration Version control (Git, CTS+) Preferred Skills Experience in integrating SAP with non-SAP systems Strong understanding of data modeling and enterprise-grade SAP architectures Knowledge of clean-core SAP development and upgrade-safe coding practices
