Job Title: SAP FICO Consultant Experience Required: 7+ Years Job Locations: Hyderabad, Bangalore, Pune Employment Type: Full-time Job Description: We are seeking an experienced SAP FICO Consultant with a strong background in SAP FICO modules and S/4 HANA to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have at least 7 years of relevant experience and must have completed at least one end-to-end implementation project. Key Responsibilities: Lead and participate in SAP FICO implementations , upgrades, and support projects. Work closely with business stakeholders to understand financial business processes and translate them into SAP solutions. Configure and customize SAP FICO modules including GL, AP, AR, AA, CO-PA, CO-OM and others. Execute data migration and integration with other SAP and non-SAP systems. Ensure timely delivery of project milestones, including testing, documentation, and user training. Provide post-implementation support and resolve issues effectively. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including SAP MM, SD, PP, and technical teams. Stay updated on SAP best practices, new features in S/4 HANA , and industry trends. Required Skills & Qualifications: Minimum 7 years of hands-on experience in SAP FICO . Must have experience with SAP S/4 HANA (preferably with implementation or migration exposure). At least one full life cycle implementation project is mandatory. Strong understanding of financial accounting and controlling principles . Experience in writing functional specifications and working with ABAP developers. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
