Job Title: Servicenow Business Analyst Location:-Pan India Work Mode: Hybrid Experience: 8+ yrs. Job Type : Contract to hire. Notice Period:- Immediate joiners. Job Description:- Candidate must have around 8 years of overall working experience as a business analyst and at least 5 years of working experience in ServiceNow Studios that include CSM, ITSM Work closely with developers and project team to ensure all requirements are understood and documented. Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into detailed functional requirements user stories and process flows Coordinate all the meetings. Analyze business and user needs document requirements and translate them into system specifications including use cases story writings process models and diagrams. Proficiency in Agile tools such as ServiceNow Agile JIRA and Azure DevOps Facilitate Scrum ceremonies and manage backlogs
