Proven experience (7+ years) as a ServiceNow Developer with a focus on implementing solutions using the ServiceNow platform. Strong understanding of ServiceNow modules such as ITSM, ITBM, CSM, HR Service Delivery, etc. Certification in ServiceNow Administration, Certified Application Developer or Certified Implementation Specialist. Experience in client-facing roles, with the ability to build and maintain robust relationships. Project management experience, including familiarity with Agile and Waterfall methodologies. Responsibilities Writing clean, high-quality, high-performance, maintainable code Develop and support software including applications, database integration, interfaces, and current functionality enhancements Coordinate cross-functionally to insure project meets business objectives and compliance standards Support test and deployment of current products and features Participate in code reviews.
