Solution Engineer

Role & responsibilities Prepare solution architecture documents, technical specifications, and system diagrams. Draft proposals, RFP responses, SOWs, product notes, and user guides. Gather requirements and convert business needs into detailed technical requirements. Work closely with engineering teams during implementation and delivery. Maintain product documentation, API guides, and release notes. Join client discussions and handle technical clarifications. Preferred candidate profile 37 years in Solution Engineering, Technical Analyst, Technical Writing, or BA roles with technical exposure. B. Tech or MCA, or an equivalent technical qualification. Solid understanding of web technologies, APIs, databases, and cloud fundamentals. Strong technical writing and documentation skills. Ability to create clear architecture diagrams and technical content. Confident communication and coordination across teams. Experience working with product, engineering, presales, or similar tech-facing functions.
