The candidate must have handson experience in building scalable, userfriendly interfaces within ServiceNow and should be able to work independently on complex customizations and integrations. Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and customize ServiceNow applications, primarily focusing on UI Builder and Service Portal components. Build intuitive and responsive workspace experiences, portals, and pages within SNOW. Develop custom widgets, client scripts, server scripts, and integrations. Work on catalog items, workflows, flow designer, and platform automation. Implement best practices for performance, security, and maintainability. Troubleshoot issues and provide technical solutions within SLAs. Collaborate with crossfunctional teams in an agile/UK-shift environment.
