Job Description: Role: Tech Specialist Exp: 5+ Years Employment Type: C2H Location: Bangalore,Chennai,Pune,Hyderabad,Gurgaon NP: Immediate Job Summary: We are looking for a skilled Tech Specialist with strong experience in building enterprise-grade low-code applications. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Mendix in Agile environments, solid understanding of full-stack development, and the ability to design scalable, high-performance applications integrated with external systems. Key Responsibilities: Design, develop, and maintain enterprise-grade applications using Mendix following Agile/Scrum methodologies. Deliver at least 3 full-scale Mendix implementations across the complete SDLC. Translate business requirements into functional and technical designs using Mendix visual modeling. Build reusable components, microflows, nanoflows, domain models, and pages. Implement integrations with external systems using REST and SOAP APIs. Optimize application performance, scalability, and security through performance tuning and best practices . Collaborate with architects and stakeholders to define solution architecture and technical roadmaps . Ensure adherence to non-functional requirements (NFRs) such as performance, security, availability, and maintainability. Participate in CI/CD pipeline setup , automated deployments, and version control. Implement and support automated testing strategies to ensure application quality. Support production deployments, monitor applications, and troubleshoot issues. Mentor junior Mendix developers and conduct technical reviews (for Senior Consultant role). Technical Skills & Requirements: Mandatory Skills: 3+ years of hands-on Mendix development experience in Agile environments. Experience delivering at least 3 enterprise-grade Mendix applications . Strong experience with Mendix Studio Pro , including visual modeling, microflows, and domain modeling. Solid understanding of RESTful APIs , web services, and system integrations. Experience in performance tuning and handling large-scale applications. Programming & Web Technologies: Proficiency in Java for extending Mendix functionality. Experience with JavaScript , HTML5 , CSS , and Bootstrap . Exposure to AngularJS or React is an added advantage. Strong knowledge of SQL and RDBMS concepts . Architecture & Design: Strong understanding of solution architecture design (mandatory for Senior Consultant). Experience in business process modeling and data modeling. Ability to design scalable, secure, and maintainable application architectures. DevOps & Quality: Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines , automated testing, and deployment strategies. Experience working with version control systems (Git preferred). Understanding of application lifecycle management and release processes.
