About the role

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Own end-to-end technical delivery of enterprise implementations Lead all Agile ceremonies : sprint planning, standups, retrospectives, demos Define, enforce, and continuously refine Definition of Done (DoD) Translate business requirements into technical execution plans Chair steering committee meetings with client executives Prepare and present project status, risks, dependencies, and quality metrics Drive adoption of AI Agents and Agentic Workflows across client environments Collaborate with architects and engineers on solution design Manage internal and external stakeholders to align delivery expectations Mentor junior engineers and consultants on delivery best practices REQUIRED EXPERIENCE & SKILLS 5–7 years delivering enterprise software or digital transformation projects Strong experience with SaaS implementations, system integration, or workflow automation Hands-on familiarity with Agile, DevOps, and CI/CD practices Knowledge of low-code platforms, iPaaS, ETL / Reverse ETL Exposure toPREFERRED AI-driven solutions Strong client engagement and communication skills PREFERRED Domain experience in BFSI, Telecom, or other enterprise verticals Prior experience in technical delivery leadership roles IDEAL CANDIDATE SNAPSHOT Technically fluent delivery leader Strong enterprise stakeholder manager Proven SaaS / integration delivery background Comfortable presenting to C-level stakeholders
