Job Title: VMware Server Admin · Location: Gurugram · Experience: 8+ · Mode of Work : Hybrid · Job Type : Contract to hire. · Notice Period: Immediate joiners. · Project Tenure: Long-term project Job Description: Be a part of a great team responsible for maintaining our tests/production servers both in our datacentre and on AWS. This position requires near 24X7 availability. 6+ and more years of proven experience with Microsoft and Linux as sysadmins that including participating with patching cycles and hardening. • Providing solution for both Microsoft and Linux as business needs. • Deploying and maintaining our Microsoft and Linux environment. • Maintaining our IBM MQ environments. • Deploying and maintaining our virtual environment using VMware. • 6-8+ years with Microsoft as sysadmin experience (AD, Terminal) • 8+ years of Linux hands-on experience • 8+ years with VMWare • Storage basics • Networking basics • Scripting abilities in one or more of the following: bash, python, PowerShell Advantages : • IBM MQ – Big advantage. • Experience with AWS environment. • Ansible • RH cluster • NetApp • Security tooling knowledge – patches, hardening, AWS security PERSONAL QUALITIES: • Excellent communication skills (interpersonal and organization aspects) in English and Hebrew • Team player • Hunger for technology. • Service awareness.
