Workday Integration developer

Role - Workday Integration Developer Location - Bengaluru / Hyderabad Exp - 5 - 8 Years Notice - 0 - 30 days JOB DESCRIPTION Workday Integration Developer Experience Required: 3+ years of hands-on Workday Integration development experience in enterprise environments Core Responsibilities & Skills: Strong experience developing and supporting Workday integrations across: HCM Payroll Finance Hands-on expertise with Workday Integration tools , including: Workday Studio Core Connectors (CCW, CCB, CCTPP) Cloud Connect (Payroll, Benefits, Financials) Enterprise Interface Builder (EIB – Inbound & Outbound) Experience building and consuming REST and SOAP APIs for third-party integrations Strong knowledge of Reports as a Service (RaaS) , including report creation and optimization Experience with: BIRT layouts (payslips, invoices, financial documents) XML, JSON, XSLT (Document Transformation) Good understanding of Workday business processes and data models , including: Core HCM Payroll Financials (GL, AP, AR, Assets, Procurement) Experience integrating Workday with external vendors and systems such as payroll providers, benefits vendors, banks, and finance applications Ability to troubleshoot and resolve integration issues , including data errors and performance problems Experience managing integrations across multiple Workday tenants (Sandbox, Preview, Production) Knowledge of Workday integration security , including authentication, certificates, and data access Experience supporting Workday bi-annual releases and performing regression testing Strong documentation skills (technical designs, integration mappings, support documents) Good analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment Important Note (Please Read Before Applying) Do NOT apply if: You have less than 5 years or more than 8 years of experience You do not have hands-on Workday Integration experience You are on a notice period longer than 30 days You are looking for remote only You are a fresher or unrelated background (e.g., support, testing only, non-Tech roles) Apply ONLY if you meet ALL criteria above.
