About the job: About the Role The Executive / Sr. Executive Electrical (R&D) will contribute to the design, development, testing, and validation of electrical and electronic systems for next-generation air conditioning (AC) products. The role focuses on controller development, PCB design, product performance optimization, and innovation while supporting new product development, cost optimization, and advanced technologies such as IoT in HVAC solutions. Responsibilities Design, develop, and validate electrical and electronic components for controller-based systems Develop PCB layouts and perform component-level testing, verification, and validation Conduct EMI/EMC testing and support product compliance activities Drive cost optimization and localization initiatives through value engineering (VAVE) projects Develop IoT-enabled product features and support controller algorithm development Investigate product failures through root cause analysis and implement corrective actions Prepare and execute software and hardware validation plans for new product development Collaborate with Quality and Manufacturing teams during product launch and production support Qualifications 25 years of experience in Electrical or Electronics Product Development, R&D, or Product Engineering Strong understanding of electronic circuits, controller design, and product validation processes Experience working in cross-functional product development environments Good analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills Education Details B.Tech in Electronics & Electrical Engineering or a related discipline Required Skills Electrical Design, PCB Design, Product Development, EMI/EMC Testing, Electronics Testing Preferred Skills IoT, Controller Development, BLDC Motors, VAVE, Root Cause Analysis Pay Range and Compensation Package Compensation will be aligned with industry standards and candidate experience.
