About the role
• Develop and implement documented technical design to meet the business requirement primarily focused on PeopleSoft, Benefits, Payroll applications and its integrations with various third-party applications.
• Unit test system changes with ability to identify and resolve issues. • Document’s configuration and participates in walkthroughs. • Assists in preparation of system test plans, test case sand scripts • Correct errors by making appropriate changes and rechecking the program to ensure that the desired results are produced. • Develop and direct software system testing and validation procedures, programming, and documentation. • Participate in code and technical requirements reviews and code deployments • Ensure that code adheres to strict standards for accessibility, scalability, usability, security, object-orientedpracticesandperformance. • People Tech will identify and place resources for TBD positions
• Perform systems analysis and programming tasks to maintain and control the use of computer systems software as a programmer analyst. • Conduct trial runs of programs and software applications to ensure they will produce the desired information and that the instructions are correct.

Peoplesoft Functional Consultant Hyderabad, Telangana, India (On-site) Required Skills: PeopleSoft HCM Knowledge: In-depth understanding of PeopleSoft HCM modules (e.g., HRMS, Payroll, Benefits, Talent Management, Recruiting). Business Analysis Skills: Ability to analyze business processes, gather requirements, and translate them into system solutions. Configuration and Customization: Experience with configuring PeopleSoft HCM modules and implementing solutions. Testing and Troubleshooting: Strong skills in testing system functionality and resolving issues. Communication Skills: Ability to clearly communicate with technical and non-technical stakeholders. Project Management: Ability to manage projects or workstreams related to system implementation or enhancements. Required Experience: Typically, 4-10 years of experience working with PeopleSoft HCM, ideally in a functional analyst or consultant role. Experience in at least one PeopleSoft HCM module (e.g., Payroll, Benefits, Talent Management) is often required. Familiarity with PeopleTools, PeopleCode, and other PeopleSoft technologies is a plus, though not always mandatory for a functional analyst role.
