Senior Peoplesoft Consultant

Role: PeopleSoft Techno-Functional Consultant. Location: Hyderabad Experience: 5+ Years Job Type: Full-Time About the Role We are hiring a PeopleSoft Techno-Functional Consultant. The ideal candidate should have strong technical expertise in PeopleSoft development, integrations, and HCM modules, along with the ability to work closely with business stakeholders to deliver high-quality solutions. Required Skills 5+ years of experience in PeopleSoft HCM Strong hands-on experience with Integration Broker Experience in Core HR, Payroll, and Time & Labor Strong knowledge of: PeopleCode Application Engine Component Interface Application Package SQL Oracle Database Good understanding of the PeopleSoft HR technical environment Responsibilities Analyze business requirements and design technical solutions. Develop, customize, and maintain PeopleSoft HCM applications. Build and support integrations with third-party applications. Perform unit testing and support system/UAT testing. Troubleshoot production issues and provide application support. Prepare technical documentation and participate in code reviews. Ensure code quality, security, scalability, and performance standards. Preferred Skills Experience with PeopleSoft HCM 9.2 and the latest PeopleTools. Experience integrating with ADP, Workday, Taleo, iCIMS, OnBase, or similar applications. Knowledge of BI Publisher, SQR, Process Scheduler, AutoSys, and STAT. Experience with SFTP/SSH and PGP encryption. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
