About the role
Location: Pune Work Mode: Hybrid Experience: 4 7 Years General Shift: Rotational shift 24/5 on call support Notice Period: Immediate Must-Have Skills: 47 years of experience in Production Support / Application Support / Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) . Strong hands-on experience in .NET (C#, ASP.NET, .NET Core) . Good knowledge of MS SQL / SQL Server / MySQL , including writing SQL queries and troubleshooting database issues. Experience with Windows Server and IIS administration/support. Basic to intermediate knowledge of Cloud platforms (Azure or AWS) . Good understanding of Networking concepts such as TCP/IP, DNS, Firewalls, and Load Balancers . Hands-on experience in incident management, production issue analysis, root cause analysis (RCA), bug fixing, and application monitoring . Experience providing L2/L3 production support in a 24x5 or 24x7 on-call support environment. Familiarity with deployment support, release management, and application availability monitoring. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Education Bachelors Degree in IT / Computer Science or related field (BE Full Time)
