We are hiring for one of our reputed MNC client based in Pune . We are looking for candidates with 10 + years of strong experience in below skills - Primary Skills - Exposure in workplace technologies,including; MS Digital Workplace tools IT Asset Management & Device Lifecycle Management. Digital workplace tools (Microsoft 365,virtual desktops, etc.). Handson experience of ITIL frameworks, service management, and incident resolution. Experience managing onsite support teams and vendor relationships. Proven track record in workplace transformation and change management. Ability to work flexibly across different time zones and manage cross-functional teams.
