Supervisor - Platform Engineer

Shift time - 2:00 PM to 11:00 PM Location - Pune, hybrid *Looking for early joiners only The position will manage and delivery work performed closely with Adobe Managed Services vendor team for Cloud Manager deployments and platform maintenance and handle debugging and troubleshooting application issues, handle incidents, document root cause analysis and recommend suggestions for platform improvements. • Diverse track record of successful AEM integrations • Good understanding of current marketing technology ecosystem • Excellent communication skills (written, verbal, presentation) • Proven ability to unwind complex challenges into scalable solutions • Fluency in key languages and technologies including Java, JavaScript, CSS, HTML etc. • Experience in code management principles •Technical background in engineering, software development, cloud technologies, or related fields. • Create and manage detailed project plans, including milestones, dependencies, risks, and resource allocations. • Facilitate cross functional alignment with engineering, Adobe, customer tenant teams and others. • Proactively identify risks, remove blockers, and ensure timely delivery of high quality technical outcomes. •Drive consistent execution using with Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, SAFe) •Proven experience delivering complex technical or software development projects in a large scale environment. • Participate and coordinate in trouble shooting calls and engage experts to resolve the issue and facilitate RCA sessions where applicable • Assign ServiceNow tickets to team members , track , monitor the closure of the same on a timely basis to meet agreed SLA's • Participate in daily Scrum standup meetings with broader teams, and any or all other meetings as applicable • Direct experience with people management, coaching, mentoring, developing team and talent of technical contributors. • Foster a culture of collaboration, creativity, inclusion, and accountability. Drive team engagement, ensuring a positive work environment. • Lead resource planning, workload balancing, and skill development initiatives for the team. • The position will manage and delivery work performed to maintain NGINX / CDN configurations needed for our applications teams. • Exposure and understanding of Apache webserver, Python, Ansible, Groovy, Maven, shell script writing skills and GHA will be of use for platform operations. •Familiarity with Adobe Experience Cloud, Creative Cloud, APIs, microservices, and enterprise integrations Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, CIS, or related field and Minimum five (5) years experience in software development or a related field. Minimum four (4) years experience working on project(s) involving the implementation of solutions applying development life cycles (e.g., SDLC). 2 years experience working on Infrastructure/Platform delivery using Waterfall, Agile or other software development methods 4+ years of experience delivering successful AEM implementations Minimum one (1) years in a technical leadership role with or without direct reports.
