Interior Design Architect

As an Interior Design Architect with 8-10 years of experience, your role will involve developing and coordinating interior architectural designs from concept through construction administration phases. This includes creating space planning solutions, test fits, and design layouts for workplace, hospitality, healthcare, and data center projects. You will lead the preparation of construction documents, technical details, shop drawing reviews, and material coordination. Additionally, you will conduct constructability reviews, resolve design coordination issues across disciplines, and closely coordinate with Architects, Design Managers, Structural Engineers, MEP Consultants, and Construction Teams. Your responsibilities will also include developing detailed interior assemblies, supporting RFIs, value engineering initiatives, and construction-phase clarifications. Furthermore, you will produce conceptual visualizations and presentation materials, maintain high standards of documentation quality through QA/QC processes, mentor junior team members, and contribute to design standards and best practices.
