(Female Candidates onl y) Experience- 10 - 15 ye arsShift timing - 2 PM to 11 PMLocation - Hinjewadi Phase 2, P uneSoft Skills: Good communication ski lls Must-Have Sk ills6+ years experience in solutions development lifecycle (SD LC).3+ years experience in a technical leadership role (with or without direct repor ts).6+ years hands-on experience in developing/implementing mobile or web applicati ons.Strong experience in Agile/Scrum delivery methodolo gy .Experience with API/service integrat ions6+Programming expertise in Java/Kotlin (Android) and/or Objective-C/Swift ( iOS) Key asks for the role:·Proven abili ty to lead technical teams and pr ojects, ensuring delivery within Agile frame works.·Strong foundati on in mobile development (Androi d/iOS) with hands-on coding exper ience.·Ability to design and implement solutions using test-driven development (TDD).·Familiarity with DevOps tools (e.g., Jenkins, SonarQube, JUnit, XCTest, Gradle, Cocoa Pods).·Skill ed at troubleshooting, debugging, and opti mizing applica tions.·Strong collaboration and communication skills to work a cross cross-functional teams.·Capability to manage end-to-end development lifecycle, from requirements gathering to depl o yment.
