Senior Product Manager

As a Product Manager for core product lines, you will be responsible for owning the product roadmap and strategy. This includes mapping automation, proposal generation, and site audit. Your role will involve close collaboration with engineering, design, AI/ML teams, and go-to-market stakeholders to launch impactful features. Key Responsibilities: - Lead the process of gathering market research and insights from customers, sales, and market research to define product requirements and validate product-market fit with a focus on usability and business value. - Define and track success metrics, utilizing data to iterate quickly and enhance product performance. - Act as the internal voice of the customer, ensuring alignment of product priorities with company OKRs. - Mentor other Product Managers and contribute to fostering a strong product culture. Qualifications Required: - At least 5-8 years of product management experience, preferably in B2B SaaS or enterprise platforms. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a proven track record of shipping successful products. - Experience working with Vision AI/ML or geospatial products is a plus. - Proficiency in generative AI tools for enhancing product workflows and building agents based on gen AI models for creating customer experiences and automating job workflows. - Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment with ambiguity and taking ownership. - Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills. - Background in GIS, computer vision, mapping platforms, or related domains. - Experience in field service industries such as landscaping, snow removal, facility maintenance, or construction would be beneficial.
