As a QA Specialist at PeopleHum, you will be responsible for owning quality end-to-end. This includes tasks such as writing automation frameworks and API test suites, performance benchmarking, and production monitoring specifically tailored for testing AI agentic systems. Your role will not be limited to just writing test cases; you will be actively involved in ensuring the quality of features from requirement to production. Collaboration with backend and frontend developers is essential, as well as building the automation infrastructure to maintain platform reliability. Testing the correctness, safety, and edge-case behavior of AI agents is a critical aspect of this role, and we are looking for someone who is excited by this challenge. Qualification Required: - Must have skills: - Strong hands-on experience with Selenium WebDriver, Playwright, and TestNG/JUnit. - Solid knowledge of REST Assured, Postman, and API validation. - Experience with Apache JMeter and understanding response times, throughput, SLA validation, and bottleneck analysis. - Good coding ability in Java, with additional value from Python and TypeScript/JavaScript. - Understanding of LLMs, AI agents, guardrail testing, and AI API testing. - Knowledge of Git, microservices, REST/Kafka communication, and SQL basics. - Good to have skills: - Knowledge of Jenkins and GitLab CI/CD. - Ability to run tests in containers and set up stable test environments. - Understanding of testing Kafka message production and consumption. - Experience with Cucumber/Gherkin or Robot Framework. - Familiarity with Axe-core/WCAG validation and OWASP ZAP. - Experience with modern code-first performance testing tools. - Strong knowledge of frontend-focused E2E testing tools. - Familiarity with shift-left security scanning. - Awareness of observability-driven testing in modern distributed systems.
