Senior ERP System Analyst Mumbai (Powai) Work Schedule: 5 Days Work From Office Shift Timing: 12:00 PM 8:00 PM Work Model First 6 months: 5 days of work from the office Post 6 months: Hybrid (3 days Work From Office + 2 days Work From Home) We are hiring an ERP Support Analyst to support and maintain business-critical ERP applications. The role involves providing day-to-day application support, troubleshooting user issues, resolving tickets, working with databases for data validation/reporting, and ensuring smooth system operations. Key Responsibilities Provide L1/L2 support for ERP applications and business users. Investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve application issues within defined SLAs. Analyze and validate data using SQL/SQL Server queries. Generate and maintain operational and business reports. Coordinate with internal teams and vendors for issue resolution and system enhancements. Support UAT, system upgrades, deployments, and change requests. Document issues, solutions, and support processes. Assist with user training and process improvements.to resolve issues and implement Required Skills: Experience in ERP/Application Support. Strong hands-on experience with SQL/SQL Server. Experience in ticket handling, incident management, and user support. Good analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Good to Have: Exposure to Power BI or other reporting/BI tools. Experience with reporting, dashboards, and data analysis. Knowledge of invoicing, procurement, supply chain, finance, or logistics processes.
