About the role
3-5 years in plastics manufacturing. Diploma/B.Tech from CIPET or Polymer/Plastic Engineering. Strong hands-on experience in IBM machines . Exposure to IMM and/or ISBM. Experience handling production targets, OEE, rejection reduction, and troubleshooting. Familiar with GMP/ISO documentation.
