Deputy Manager- QA- Learning Systems

Overview The Global Learning Solutions Team is a strategic partner across the global learning function for PepsiCo. We are responsible for providing learning leaders, sponsors and employees with insights and tools to enhance the learner experience. Based out of India, the Global HR Operations Asst Analyst will be working with subject matter experts in end-to-end instructional design and development and enhancement of learning products. The Asst Analyst will partner with subject matter experts and internal stakeholders to support the Quality Check/Assurance of design and development of accurate learning solutions while applying quality check practices and methods. Responsibilities Be part of a team providing Learning Design & Development servicesReview content for language, grammar and hygieneReview graphics/audio/text/interactivity in learning courses and assets to ensure it complies with the stakeholders requirementCollaborate closely with internal stakeholders to identify errors and provide feedback for learning assets from different domainsWork with internal IDs and SMEs to ensure that the deliverables are of the required high standards in terms of content, user experience, and technical functionalityTest functionality and compatibility across multiple browsers and platformsAnalyze product complaints or reported quality issues to ensure closure in accordance with company guidelinesDocument QA activities with internal reporting tool and audits Qualifications Strong hold of the English language both US and UKTotal experience of 5-6yearsExperience, preferably in a shared services/customer service or a related fieldExperience in Quality Assurance function for handling learning content and functional testing for eLearning modulesDemonstrated experience in quality control of classroom training, virtual instructor-led training, e-learning, simulation videos, learning videos, etcExperience working in a HR environment or shared services roleKnowledge/Awareness of SCORM and Learning Management Systems (LMS) is an advantageExperience in the usage of MS Office (specifically Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)Deep knowledge of quality assurance terminology, methods, and toolsStrong interpersonal skills and ability to communicate with people at all levels and culturesAbility to navigate a complex matrixed and virtual environmentCustomer focused and results oriented with attention to detailStrong sense of ownership and ability to follow through tasks to completionThe ability to multi-task and handle competing priorities with the flexibility to meet the demands of the team when needed .
