Overview Manufacturing is a function where high-quality and demanding products are produced continuously, where the modern production lines are implemented and a friendly and motivated team works. Responsibilities PepsiCo GO Intern will actively support in: Implementing various initiatives to improve production processes at the dairy manufacturing plant. Analyzing results and losses, preparing proposals for improvement. Implementation of production development projects. Working with teams responsible for product output. Deepening knowledge of the company’s production processes and standards. Qualifications Fresh graduates or final-year students with concentration in operations, supply chain management, technology or related field Knowledge of English language at B2+ level Basic understanding of dairy production technology and its stages Readiness to work full-time from September 2026
