Product Process Development

Role Overview: As a candidate for this position, you will be responsible for liaising with the local marketing team to manage projects, including preparing Gantt charts, updating NPD meetings, and sharing samples. You will schedule and complete all NPD trials in a timely manner in coordination with the local manufacturing team. Additionally, you will coordinate with production and SCM teams for the commercialization of NPDs. Regular interaction with the Group R&D team for technology transfer and trials reporting will be a key part of your role. You will also be tasked with creating documents related to NPD and uploading BOMs in SAP. Ensuring ownership of stability testing and regulatory compliances for relevant products will be essential, along with participation in GMP, Food Safety internal audits, and maintaining awareness of product quality.
