Job Description: Director Quality Assurance (QA) AI Thought Leader for an immediate need Location: Chennai Experience: 17+ Years Availability to Join - Immediate Interview Mode - Virtual followed by in-person (Mandatory) Work mode - Hybrid Role Overview We are seeking an experienced QA Director with a strong consulting background and proven leadership in large-scale quality engineering. The ideal candidate is a seasoned leader who can drive QA transformation, lead large teams, and confidently engage with senior clients. Key Responsibilities Lead and manage large QA teams (150+ engineers) across programs Drive QA strategy, delivery excellence, and transformation initiatives Own RFPs, pursuits, and end-to-end QA solutioning Engage with CXO-level stakeholders and lead client discussions Build scalable automation and AI-driven QA frameworks Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure high-quality delivery Required Skills & Experience 17+ years in Quality Assurance / Testing with leadership experience Background in Top-tier Consulting firms (Tier-1 preferred) Strong experience in pursuits, RFPs, and technical solutioning Expertise in AI-led QA, test automation, Agile, and DevOps Proven ability to handle large enterprise programs Strong communication and executive presence Candidate Profile Stable career progression (no frequent job changes) Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills Hands-on, technically strongnot a learning role Ability to represent the organization with confidence in front of key customers Education Bachelors in Engineering or equivalent (mandatory) Masters degree / MBA (preferred) Ideal Fit: A high-impact QA Leader who can drive business success, lead at scale, and build strong customer trust .
