About the role
Job Location: Ahmedabad, Gujarat Experience: 4-7 Years Role Overview- Key Responsibilities Health Cloud Implementation- Configure and customize Salesforce Health Cloud features, including Care Plans, Patient Timelines, Assessments, Provider Relationships, Insurance/Utilization Management, and Health Cloud data models. - Implement Patient/Member onboarding journeys and care coordination workflows. - Integrate electronic health record (EHR), medical device, and healthcare system Development- Develop custom solutions using Apex, Lightning Components (LWC/Aura), Flows, and SOQL/SOSL. - Customize Salesforce Objects, Security, Profiles, Permission Sets, and Sharing rules. - Build intuitive user interfaces for clinical, operational, and administrative teams.Integrations & Data Management- Build and maintain FHIR/HL7 integrations, REST/SOAP APIs, and middleware-based data flows. - Implement data mapping and transformation for healthcare systems. - Manage large datasets, ETL processes, and data migration into Health Cloud.Compliance & Security- Ensure platform configuration aligns with HIPAA, PHI/PII privacy, encryption, and secure access control best practices. - Implement audit logs, field history tracking, and robust governance frameworks.Collaboration & Delivery- Work with cross-functional teams including SMEs, clinicians, business analysts, and QA. - Conduct code reviews, provide technical guidance, and maintain development standards. - Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to solution design Skills: - 4-7 years of Salesforce development experience. - Minimum 2+ years of hands-on experience with Salesforce Health Cloud. - Robust knowledge of healthcare processes (patient care, provider networks, insurance workflows, clinical data). - Expertise in Apex, LWC, Visualforce, Flows, API integrations, and Salesforce data modeling. - Experience integrating Salesforce with healthcare systems using FHIR, HL7, REST APIs. - Understa .
