About Position: We are seeking a talented Business Analyst with experience in Property & Casualty (P&C) insurance domain. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing scalable web applications, integrating backend and frontend services, and ensuring seamless user experiences. Role: Business Analyst Location: All Persistent Location Experience: 10 + Years Job Type: Full-Time Employment What You'll Do: Gather, analyze, and document business requirements for P&C insurance solutions Work closely with business stakeholders, product owners, and technology teams Translate business requirements into functional specifications and user stories Conduct gap analysis and recommend process improvements Support UAT, defect tracking, and validation Ensure compliance with P&C insurance processes and regulatory requirements Facilitate workshops, client discussions, and requirement sessions Coordinate with cross-functional teams for project delivery Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful delivery.
