Dev Lead

About Position: We are looking for an experienced Dev Lead with 8 to 12 years of experience to lead the design and development of scalable web and mobile applications. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Next.js, React Native, React.js, TypeScript, and .NET Core, along with experience in building high-performance user interfaces, mentoring development teams, and driving technical excellence in an Agile environment. Role: Dev Lead Location: Pune, Mumbai, Nagpur Experience: 8 to 12 years Job Type: Full-Time Employment What You'll Do: Develop and implement high-quality, responsive user interfaces using React.js, Next.js, and TypeScript. Collaborate with product managers and designers to understand requirements and translate them into technical specifications. Work closely with backend engineers to integrate UI components with server-side functionality. Ensure cross-browser and cross-platform compatibility of UI components. Optimize application performance for maximum speed and scalability. Write clean, maintainable, and reusable code adhering to best practices and coding standards. Stay up to date with the latest trends and technologies in web development and UI design. Mentor junior engineers and provide technical guidance and support as needed. Scale the design system by building web components based on Figma specification. Expertise You'll Bring: Strong proficiency in React.js, TypeScript, JScript, and Next.js. Experience with UI frameworks. Experience with Graph UI. In-depth understanding of web technologies such as HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript. Familiarity with RESTful APIs and asynchronous request handling. Experience with C#.NET and .NET Core is a must. Ensure proper test coverage, accessibility (a11y), theming, and localization/internationalization (i18n) are baked into the components. Good knowledge of tools like JIRA and Confluence. Good knowledge of Agile methodologies and a proven ability to prioritize.
