About Position We are seeking a highly motivated RPA Dev Lead (Lead Developer – UiPath) to lead the design, development, and delivery of intelligent automation solutions for a large-scale US Personal Auto/Home Insurance Policy Rewrite and Policy Servicing Transformation Program. This role requires a hands-on technical leader with strong expertise in UiPath, RPA solution architecture, workflow automation, and production support.
