Fullstack Engineer (Python)

As a Fullstack Engineer, you will be responsible for building internal productivity products, including Copilot Agents and AI-enabled applications, using Python backend, Lang Chain, Lang Graph, and Streamlit frontend technologies. Key Responsibilities: - Build and maintain end-to-end internal productivity applications integrating AI capabilities and Copilot Agents. - Develop and deploy Copilot Agents using enterprise-governed environments and promotion pipelines. - Implement robust integration patterns for identity/auth, connectors, APIs, and secure enterprise data access. - Productionize solutions with CI/CD, quality gates, and performance improvements. - Collaborate with Product/PMO and engineers to translate requirements into scalable product features. - Contribute to governance and standardization by creating reusable templates and documented patterns. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. - 5+ years of experience as a full stack engineer delivering production services at scale. - Strong experience with backend development, frontend delivery, and enterprise integrations. - Familiarity with Copilot Agents/Copilot Studio governance and ALM concepts. - Knowledge of cloud deployments and operational practices.
