About Position: This role is focused on designing and managing data models, supporting Guiding Care applications, and delivering scalable solutions within the healthcare payer domain. The candidate will work closely with stakeholders to ensure efficient data architecture and application performance. Role: Guiding Care SQL Data Model Engineer Location: All Persistent Locations Experience: 6 to 10 Years Job Type: Full-Time Employment What You'll Do: 58 years of hands-on experience in software development. Experience with Guiding Care application development/customization/support. Strong understanding of Healthcare/Payer domain processes. Expertise in SQL Server and Data Modelling: Database design and normalization. ER diagrams and logical/physical data models. Stored Procedures, Functions, Views, Triggers. SQL query optimization and performance tuning. Data migration and data integration. Expertise You'll Bring: Design and implement robust database architectures and data models. Create, optimize, and maintain SQL Server database objects. Develop scalable REST APIs and integration services. Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to understand requirements. Perform code reviews, debugging, and performance tuning. Ensure application security, quality, and compliance standards. Support production deployments and issue resolution. Mentor junior developers and contribute to technical best practices. Experience in Healthcare Payer platforms (Guiding Care). Exposure to Azure Cloud services. Knowledge of Microservices architecture. Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills. Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
