Architect and configure workflows, connectors, and integrations for enterprise applications. Manage a team of engineers, provide technical guidance, and ensure timely delivery of projects. Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather Expertise You'll Bring and translate them into technical solutions. and translate them into technical solutions. Develop custom rules, policies, and workflows in Sail Point to meet complex business needs. Perform code reviews, enforce best practices, and maintain high-quality standards. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Sail Point configurations and integrations. Prepare technical documentation, design specifications, and deployment guides. Drive automation initiatives and optimize Sail Point processes for scalability and performance. Profile Extensive experience in Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) with strong Sail Point expertise. Proven leadership experience in managing development teams and projects. Strong knowledge of User Lifecycle Management, Provisioning, and Reconciliation. Expertise in Access Certification and Segregation of Duties (So D). Experience in Role Mining and RBAC/ABAC implementation. Proficiency in Java, Beanshell scripting, and SQL. Experience integrating Sail Point with ITSM tools (ServiceNow/Jira), HRMS (Workday/ADP), and enterprise systems. Familiarity with Web Services (REST, JSON, SCIM, SOAP) and directory services. Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills. Sail Point Identity IQ certification (Professional or higher). Exposure to Identity Now (IDN) and cloud-based IGA solutions. Experience with PAM and SSO solutions. Knowledge of monitoring and automation platforms.
