About the role
Responsibility: Design, build, and maintain robust Python applications and APIs using frameworks like Django, Flask, FastAPI, and leverage microservices or serverless architectures. Mentor and lead a team of Python developers—conducting code reviews, promoting clean coding standards, best practices, and ensuring overall code quality. Work closely with stakeholders to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions. Oversee CI/CD pipelines, containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), DevOps tooling, and possibly cloud-native or serverless deployments (AWS, GCP, etc.). Eligibility: 8+ years in Python development, with at least some experience in a leadership or technical lead role. Strong proficiency in at least one major Python web framework (Django, Flask, FastAPI). Solid background in RESTful API design, microservices, and cloud-native/serverless architectures. Proven skills in CI/CD, containerization, and familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS preferred). Hands-on experience with both relational (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and NoSQL systems, including ORM tools. Strong Git workflows; comfortable with tools like Jira, Confluence. Excellent communication, team-building, decision-making, and problem-solving abilities.
